Your original PW should not be changed for you to access usage portal (59.xx) or change PW there.If you are/were using a Dialer or "AlwaysON"and the OS PW is known any body can access your computer on your telephone connection only.( as your UserId and PW ,already there in the dialer )Para TWO: did you download 3008MB during Happy hours on 28th Aug 2008 ?or the "hacKer" d/l this also ?

this not possible because BSNL Hash system to verify u r password unless the hacker has cracked the server site where passwords are there.......there must must some thing with u r system or with u r browsers ........
