Difference Between BSNL plan ULF 1350 & BBG UL 2150

hello all

I am using
BB HOME COMBO ULF 1350 (2 mbps upto 20gb & 512 kbps beyond 20gb)
and
I would like to shift to BBG UL 2150 (256 kbps unlimited)


If BSNL can offere 512kbps for 1350/- or even less, why is 256kbps with 2150/- per month?

Does this 256kbps connection give better download speed?

What is the difference?

PS: Will BSNL office be able to put some lights on this? I am not sure though

BBG Unlimited 2150 (256 kbps unlimited) can be opted by both domestic and commercial customers. UL 750 is available only for domestic customers. Hope you understood the difference.
