Thats where I'm confused too :wall:. Because I had clearly stated above that I had requested my plan to be changed to BBG-FN-Combo-600 and they added the stupid (Plus) after the plan. My woes with regards to increased bill started from the day this plan was activated. I think I will have to visit the BSNL office to clear this doubt once and for all.

Try changing the plan through Udaan site this time. Check what all they show in the index. Hope this time it will work. Try talking to someone in the administrative section. A visit to exchange can do wonders. If possible take someone who is good at negotiating.
