/members/jagu1986/Sorry for the confusion.1.You can access BSNL Usage portal only after getting a 14digit portal ID and password from the exchange next week. Or an email message in the email address given by you in your application. 2. Open the modem c2110 and from the menu select Device status page.

http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ Here you check usage as well as change UserID's password.
There is no need to hurry and change the UserID/password.
Dataone WebMail for BSNL email usage.
Keep the default password for the Usage page.
Get familiar with all settings in modem/router
Take screenshots of present settings. for future reference
