Different speeds on bridge mode

I get a heart attack whenever I visit the ubiquity web store.

I still have a G23 HP5 airgrid lying around which was used for my previous connection from local ISP "SBR telecom". Now I am using it as a Long-range wifi access point tested till 300 meters on the smartphone got around 90Mbps. Although Airgrid is extremely directional good for P2P connection.

@Trex Are phones capable of transmitting signals at that large distances!

Forgot to mention that upload speed was around 1 Mbps as Ph can not transmit a signal to that distance.

Does anyone know how to configure a Unifi USG with the Airtel Nokia modem/router? I have a Unifi switch and want to add a USG to do the routing. Unsure if Airtel will allow me to use bridge mode, whether it will work with Unifi and also if the speed will hold up. Thanks in advance

@Netnetgo, search on the forum for your model number of the Airtel modem on how to enable bridging.

Airtel does support bridge mode. If your device is not supported, ask for a supported device and they will happily replace it for you.
As for the speeds, yes, you can get the same speeds even on a bridge connection. And the config for the USG, you will have to figure it out, either here on the forums or the documentation.

Hi - I currently use a UniFi USG as a router with a (Airtel provided) Richerlink modem/ONU. The settings on the USG are fairly simple, once you enable bridge mode on the Airtel modem. On the (old-style) settings page, networks, WAN - IPV4 connection type as PPPoE and input your credentials. Works.
