Digital TV SW Updated

Today i kept my stb in standby mode for a few minutes and stb got updated automatically,Koanmedia [SD] stb this model stb will get their stb updated automatically in the coming days. New Improvements with new software are: Earlier signal strength is between 199-214 now it got 255 Signal quality 80% earlier,now it is 100% New information bar Improved picture quality.I have seen pixels when i watch tv from nearer distance,now picture quality improved very well almost dvd like picture Improved sound more channels got stereo sound,noise in some channels cleared,improved voice. Earlier 16:9 stb setting seemed not working/no use,not it got fixed now its working we can see changes in picture,no more pix-elation problem. Change Theme activated but still no themes added,we need to wait for more themes. Channel changing time decreased. Error message is now not blocking the entire screen,its reduced in size.no need to press back button to get rid of error messages now,you can change it to another channel directly by using navigation buttons/information bar. In the information bar tip/details included like Retailer location,recharge methods,dealerlocation,etc.. airtel live menu options changed a little. Still radio option is there in the live menu ( I think they are not going to remove the radio channels,they will get them working once they get TPs) Last but not the least good move by airtel,i am expecting this from a long time,improved quality, for users like me quality matters most,i am happy now. Hope channel additions will also come true. My stb software version updated from 25a to 301,current satellite insat 4cr. Note: software updated automatically,will post all the screen shots very soon. Stay tuned.
