disconnection problem

i am using a bsnl broadband connection and from last week i am facing contineous disconnection problemmy operating system is windows vistaand my modem is UT300R2U.CAN ANY ONE suggest me how to avoid this frequent disconnections?:@
 
You may have to change the Mod mode to Gdmt.

In DSl page uncheck adsl2 +
In Statistics/ ADSl page
check SNR d/l u/l higher the better.
and attn d/l u/l lower the better < 35 db
Before and after making Mod change.
Ensure All Phones are connected AFTER the ADSL splitter.

Network Lan connection
Properties
Network settings
TCP/IP
properties
See the page.
Default gateway is shown.

Option 2
Still problem accessing 192.168.1.X ( usually 1)

select Obtain Ip address automatically.
Apply Save

Option 3 :
Again
Start RUn type cmd OK
New window
type
ipconfig /all
Check the default gateway.
Try again

Option 4 :
Still problem
If you are connected to Internet
Check
Current IP Check

Type this address in address bar
Do you get the modem log in page ?

Option 5:
Still problem
If confident of re entering all values in modem
RESET the modem to Factory settings by
pressing the RESET button in the back for
about 30 seconds with Power on to the modem.
Try again.

Hello guyz,Even i hav been facing d same prob for d past 3-4 days.. i have a DNA-A211-I modem.. bsnl 500 home plan.. my modem keeps restarting every 5mins.. i changed my mode to g.dmt but stil d problem persists.. any suggestions... ?thx in advance!
 


No not d power led.. the DSL led goes off completely.. along with the inet led.. and then the DSL led starts blinkin slowly as if its tryin to reconnect again.. Its like a system reboot wherein the system is always on, it just restarts..
