disconnects

Internet is only working for 5-10 minutes and then connects after sometime. The linesman checked the line but it was not fixed. Now they are saying that the problem is from Bangalore. I am really annoyed and don't know what else to do. Please help.

it can be an backend issue call bsnl's head or go to their office straight and try there
