Dish tv not offering the MOD's to existing customers free ?

Has Dish tv offered MOD's to existing customers free as given by Tata Sky. I have paid Rs.4000 in 6 months and got 5 months south maxi free as against the 10 month south maxi and MOD's offered now for the same price by dish tv. I could have waited more time. Dish tv is not giving any benefits to the existing customers.
