GOI has plans and asked students to come to Lviv which is next to the border neighboring Poland. Kharkiv where the students are stuck are at the opposite end. The distance between the two cities is 1000 odd km. plus. The day temperature in Kharkiv is supposed to be -10 degrees Celcius.
