DNS problem going on in Railwire Assam

In game ping fluctuates up to 50ms but average is 40ms. In the menu it's mostly 33ms.

I'm guessing that the upload speed cap for windows is solved for OD state. The only major problem I'm having with railwire is the random disconnection. Today again internet was down for an hour.

Ever since I got the connection it was always 1:1 Download and Upload on windows. idk what is happening to everyone else.

im using Rs.449/- (+18% Gst) = Rs. 530/-
2 Mbps Unlimited Plan
Rest all plans are soo high that's why im using such a low plan.
