Do everyone like me facing problem, This site can’t be reached (https://distrowatch.com/)

Hi folks, I took JioFiber connection a few months back and have seen many sites and particularly many lesser known linux distros site are not reachable. Even distribution tracking site distrowatch.com is not reachable at all. Though all of them can be accessed and opened from Jio AirFiber or my another local broadband connection.
So is there anyone here facing the same issues like me?

@param_satya_ Have you tried using different DNS other than ISP's default

So guys I've tried all types of soln. available like changing DNS, resetting JioFiber router to default, turning off my own router firewall but nothing worked till yesterday night. But from today morning distrowatch just opening normally like before, IDK what kind of weird thing this is as from today evening it again stopped opening
