Tata Sky is charging more for Actve Games. Actve Games participation fee should be deducted only after valid SMS is sent. But they are deducting that on the basis of remote key press. I had pressed the remote button to look for whats there in the Whirlpool Contest. Then I exited from that menu without sending SMS. After that I went in that menu again and then sent only 1 SMS. But they have deducted that twice from my account. In the last month also they had done the same thing. Just now I had called CC for that. They refused to take the complaint and argued that their system is showing 2 messages sent from my number. She also asked me to contact my service provider. I also said that my itemised bill is showing only 1 SMS and my provider is charging me only once.So why should I contact my service provider. She refused to take complaint also and didn't give SR number to me. So the best option is to stay away from all this stuff.
