Do old customers are forced to switch to new packs

No, we are not forced to move on to new packs, if you want to retain your old packs then you can retain it. Their is a option while we recharge whether want to move to new pack or retain old pack just click on old and you retain that.
 
No definitely not. No one can force you to upgrade to a new package. And I personally too would not recommend that you do. The higher packages are just not worth it. Its just high cost.
 
Because the new packs are all messed up channel is in various packs it hard to remember..Thank god it not the forced one....
 
they forced me to the new package despite me not selecting it online. the package mechanism is so messed up. i had paid for the renewal from my icici bank account. they still moved me from maxi to platinum.
 
@ Shushub , Just check once again, because while update your payment you have 2 options one for upgrade to new package or retain old ones, their might be chance that you have clicked on upgrade to new package. that's why only your package changed from maxi to platinum.
 
while i was trying to update from their website... i rejected the offer to move to platinum package. the backend was so confusing that i decided against paying using my credit card. then i went to my ICICI Bank account and recharged it from there. and when the package was updated in the dish tv backend. it showed me that i was now subscribed to platinum package!
 
I have never used the E-transaction on the dishtv website...I am paying it through the easy bill outlet then do i need to inform the CC prior the payment of the next renewal date
