Do they charge extra for agreeing this FUP message?

I know BSNL alerting their customers with their FUP webpage but this time I received a different kind of FUP limit message.

It look like this:

It says applied successfully. What does it mean? How much extra charge do I have to pay ?

It looks like some promotional offer, so there shouldn't be any charge.

I got this. Do u get everyday..? i accptd one day and it keeps on asking everyday and stuck on fup page.
