Do we get any money if we give back Dishtv ( 6months after purchase) ?

Guys.. Wondering can we get some money back (of STB or dish) if we give the whole set back to them.... they are taking 3000 rs as the rent for STB (5 years). So if we give it back, do we get atleast 1500 (so that i can give deposit for bsnl IPTV) which we get back please update if anyone knows about it !! Regardsappus

called up the customer care guys. If we give back the next day after purchase also, we get only 400 for the Viewing Card itseems
I told him "i will return the vc card and give me 400". he said have to surrender the whole equipment...
Well.. I think of making this programmed to watch normal DD direct+ channels rather than paying 350 and getting nothing we want !! people program it for 300Rs i heard.

4 1/2 years later let us see the consequences

update: asked in 4-5 shops in bangalore. None of them know about it !! have to go back to kerala for further details.. !!

I asked can they give sundth by taking back this dishtv crap. they said IT IS NOT POSSIBLE SIR !! So, have to find other alternates !!
