I'm already compiling a mail realting to how TS cheats the customers by making promises, they add/remove channels without telling the customers the actual reason behind it, Not following TRAI Guidelines, making customers feel miserable by adding channels to unwanted packages, Calling itself customer friendly while the reality is something totally different.
Also posting a link to the forum for them to look at a few threads relating to customer griveances.
I also suggest a cc to
Tata Sky customer care, so that they know the mails are now flowing into the media also.
Please guys one mail from one person, i'm sure something will happen.
