MTNL caters to people in urban cities like Delhi and Mumbai. only.
Whereas BSNL has extended their BB service even to small towns . What is allotted is not sufficient to BSNL !

hey major connection are from mtnl guys bsnl has more subscribers than mtnl that's true but more bandwidth was used by mtnl most of BSNL users doen't use their full band widththat wewill not see in MTNL

Yup, BSNL is the Best.BTW, as it is a PPPOE connection BSNL offers, everytime you reconnect, you should get a new IP address.
