airtel i believe is slightly faster on their fair usage policy on 3g plans.

20kbps... is around 2.5 times 8kbps.

32kbps is still usable considering it is what most edge plans are like here in india.

Yea..MTNL doesn't have any restrictions...Trust me!!
I've been a loyal customer of 3G for over a year now!!

not me , i have never used mtnl .
read it in mtnl jadoo thread , users saying they were getting 3g speed in mobiles but not in dongles
so they need to call someone in office and blah blah
