DOCOMO 3G speeds limited to 144Kbps!

Now its a known fact that tata docomo is capping the speed to 128 kbps. you are lucky to get 144 kbps. If you ever had a 2G data plan activated then your speed will most certainly be capped to 128 kbps. I am facing the same problem. I paid for 3G and I am getting speeds worse than EDGE. I have complained several times but still no resolution in sight. tata docomo are aware of the situation but does not want to do anything about it.

This is BS i get over 1MBps of speed so you cant say they have capped the speed.

MAybe Ur Device is set to connect to the 2G network EDGE but if not Maybe U've ran out of balance for 3G broadband and I's switched to the 144Kb/s Speed! one It's happened to me!
