Does anyone have any idea why I am getting this download speed low on NetPlus Plan 100mbps?
I have a Nokia G-2425G-A router in which this connection is working.

Seems alright to me
Also, I suggest you get rid of your Nokia ONT and get your own setup with Netplus, like I did, you might see an improvement in speed then. You'll also get more customisation options.

My internet's IPv6 is not being detected on websites and ethernet status.

When did Netplus start giving out IPv6? Atleast, in my city, there's no IPv6, brdr.

The router is running in IPv4 & IPv6 mode.

Router can run in IPv8 mode, brdr, doesn't matter

If the ISP isn't giving out IPv6, there's no chance you're going to get an IPv6 address.
