I buy Nescafe coffee and make it exactly like the way i make Tea.i add coffee instead of tea.that's the only difference.

I even tried heating up milk, pouring it into the cup and then adding &mixing coffee.

But it tastes like mud.
if i have to choose which one is better id say 1st one is slightly better than the 2nd.

If you are looking forward to CCD like coffee then you will need espresso machine..

The cheaper alternative I found is to get this from nescafe..

NESCAFÉ Cappuccino | Nestlé India

Costs 15 bucks a sachet (single serving)..

I simply put one sachet in the cup & pour boiling water (120ml).. But here is the trick which makes it taste very close to the actual cappuccino..

I add one teaspoon of Amul Mithaimate or Nestle Milkmaid in the cup & it becomes creamy & sweet.. The taste is also pretty much like the espresso..

I dont like drinking coffee daily so cant invest in a machine for occasional coffee.I thought maybe i was doing it wrong and there is a way to make good coffee at home without machine. But it tastes really bad.i dont know how people drink it like that.

yeah those 15Rs sachet are really good.I tried all 3 of them and i liked latte one the most.I guess i would stick with them.but i never had them with water.I boil milk and add sachet to it.Will try Amul mithaimate next time :)

I''m not a coffee addict,i drink coffee occasionally just like you.

Heres what i do,

1. Add teaspoon of coffee into glass
2. Add sugar to your taste.
3 Add a little water, it shouldn't go above actual content itself I.E sugar and coffee.
4. Mix it well until it gets dense. I use mixer.
5. Now add milk and mix again!
6 TA..DA!

I Haven't tried Vanilla but Mocha & Latte.. Both are good.. one milder than other.. I don't use milk 'coz coffee taste best with fresh milk which is sometimes not the case & I hate malai in coffee which forms as the milk is boiled again & again..

With water & condensed milk the taste is uniform every time.. which I like the most... Key is to pour only 120ml as suggested on the packing..

Step 4.5: Mix it a lot. I mix it for a few days occasionally before starting to make coffee with that 'batter'.

I am coffee addict.
I take 1 teaspoon coffee Nescafe, add sugar to my taste, 1/2 ts, in a cup.
mix it well using few drops of milk, and leave it for 10-15 mins.

then put 70% milk (Amul full cream) and 30% water, and put it to boil in a Pan, then put that boiled milk
to coffee to mixed coffee and then do transfer from Pan to Glass from height, like LASSI shop or milk halwai do
then just put a pinch of coffee powder on top of it.

I sometimes get irritated when someone calls and says I am coming to your place for that exotic coffee and wastes my couple of
hours, I won't mind on weekend, but I hate it on weekdays.
