I connected the cable from eurobird(LAN) to D-Link (from WAN to LAN) and did this part, but forgot to change the gateway from 192.168.100.1 to the one you've mentioned and after refreshing it I can't access the login page for Dlink and also can't connect to the server too

At present I have disabled it since I wasn't using it, but I did forward it to NAS/server

How are you trying to access the server?
Are you able to access the parking page internally? using 192.168.100.X (x being the octet on the LAN device)

I want some services on it to be accessed globally by subdomains, like for plex 'plex.my-domain.com'

Okay from your reply it looks like you are able to access internally but not externally when you do bsnl-ip-addr: port.
I think the next step is to check if the ports (80/443) on the both routers are actually open (you can check these using online or standalone tools using BSNL IP addr for your main router).
if those are open then the issue is with internal routing.

I for sure know that I've forwarded it on D-Link, but on eurobird there is no option for forwarding at all, there's dmz port triggering but no port forwarding. Anyway I think the problem is with how the routers are configured, not BSNL. Cheers man

If your port forward on D-Link only allows your server then no.
