Some store people are using customer codes for themselves and alerting the people that "aapka code nahi chala"

Yes they do . But In My case the code is showing unused/unredeemed .because normally when a code is used it is shown as redeemed in Myjio App but not in my case.

Is it necessary to put the sim in the same device to get the signal ? Also getting SMS on alternate number is depending on where the sim is inserted or kept outside ? I don't think so I read people activated there sim on different device than from where the code is generated .

No CAF or any message regarding Jio.

When I call customer care.they do not have my any data from registered mobile number ,email, pan card or anything.

When CAF message come ?
Do digital guy enter our jio codes and name details from store itself online to activate our sim ?

You should have got the CAF message atleast. You get it after the store guys upload your details to their server.
I got it within 15 mins of submitting my documents.
Maybe in your case the store guys didn't submit your documents only. Try getting a new sim with that code from another store.

Honestly..in my area..some stores are just giving away sims just like that without asking about the device..I don't want to specify the area

Tried with one store today but failed .

Actually before me a person with s7 came with the code on the screen and a print out .they ask him his phone . Close everything ,open myjio again. Check codes on paper and on screen . Then allow him to take sim .another person was denied because he has only print out of the code. So ultimately they are well aware of this trick of taking someone else phone of samsung and showing the screenshot on it.

Same phone was used by many friends with just screenshots of their Jio codes.

So it is difficult to get a Jio sim on this offer .I said difficult but not impossible . They just came to know the trick widely used or shared .that's the problem

Tricking an app by changing your IMEI to obtain an offer which is not applicable to you..is pretty much illegal mate [emoji14]

Is it ? Then Jio has rights to file cases against all those who faked and got Sims cards already by doing this. there would be many out there done that. Even taking benefits of bugs in the app and knowingly apply for the offer which is not for you is also not fall into legal term.
:-p
