Can anyone confirm if this is true? that Samsung offers battery replacement for even 10 year old phones

Apple Officially gives battery replacement for iPhone XR as the last device, which is almost an 8-year old phone now

yep will do that tomorrow
would be crazy if they actually give battery replacement for such old phones

Tbh most phones probably share batteries. They just need to match the part number.

Also I'm pretty sure Apple was offering battery replacement for iPhone 6 or 7 till two years ago.

i think it was the iPhone 7 which got battery support until recently and yeah most batteries are probably the same

the same way how iPhone Air and iPhone Air battery thingy has the same battery

i was trying to find which company actually makes phones which last a long time ,especially with battery replacement support and battery longevity too

samsung s series do 2000 charge cycles before 80% battery health while iPhone 15 and above do 1000 charge cycles

older iPhones had such potato batteries ,i remember my iPhone 7 would go from 100 to 80% battery health within 1.5 years of use

technically its stil the same probably ,and more so with heavy users

and here i see no noticeable improvement in battery life on s21 fe with a new battery. old battery was 3+ years old.

i phoned a nearby Samsung authorized service center and they said they dont have battery for S7 EDGE

after that i asked if they have battery for S9 ,to which they replied that they would call back for it and its been 12 hours now and there was no call back

so im assuming they dont have have battery for that as well
