Does Samsung really offer battery replacements for 11-year old galaxy s7 Edge along with other repairs

Yeah it's a mess. I called to get earbud tips for buds 2. They said available. I went. They said not showing in stock.

They did manage to find all parts for 21fe and got it repaired pretty fast.

In the end it is also a lala company. Everyone wants to charge Apple prices. But no one wants to provide same experience.

one thing to share

My previous phone which was a iPhone 11 (started using in 2022 - till feb 2025)
that phone was passed onto me by my elder sister and i needed a battery replacement as it was under 75% battery health so in Jan 2023 i took it so Apple Authorized unicorn service center (back then Apple BKC didn't open yet) and,Paid 5500 for battery replacement but by evening i get a call that they broke the display and asked me to pay additional 17k for it ,totaling 23k

which i declined and now i had to get a battery and screen replacement from a third party service center in Mumbai central which ended up costing me 11k

after this incident ive started to plan out early to when a battery replacement would be required
