As the thread says, does you IP match with that in your Portal Page?

My IP on the portal page starts with 10 while my IP when I check on whatismyip.com or any other IP checking site, it starts with 106.

ACT works just fine in Hyderabad with regard to ports. So this issue is only in Bangalore?

Is there any workaround or does ACT need to disable PPPoE on our accounts to port forward?

Do you absolutely need a public IP address?
If yes, another user posted a possible solution.

That work around would not be needed if ACT gave out IPV6 addresses. I have been asking them for a while but to no avail.


Can you guys start requesting it as well? Just shoot an email to their nodal officer [email protected] and tell them you want an IPV6 address.
