i remember reading somewhere that ISPs dont have necessary hardware to scan and block a number of websites. when court asked them to block porn they expressed their inability saying that blocking many sites will result in higher latency. Thank god for that

dot blocking is bs anyway, just use proxy or VPN or sometimes inputting HTTPS will do

You are right. Its not piece of cake for everyone but dot blocking is quite easy to circumvent
