Doubt about South Jumbo Pack

Hi guys i have a doubt on the terms and conditions of the south jumbo pack. In the sun direct website under the south-jumbo pack i saw this text below the package

Kannada and Freedom Malayalam customers only
* Basic pack must be active to avail Add-On and Jumbo Pack
* Installation and Activation charges extra
* Taxes extra

What does this mean. Does this mean that the tamil and telugu freedom package customers doesn't require the basic pack to avail the addon or jumbo pack.:ashamed: :S :huh:

Hi fordac read it again carefully, they hv mentioned it for the video on demand not for the jumbo pack

* Colors channel will be available only till March 2009 in the basic package
* Channels lists and packages are subject to change without prior notice
* Dish and Set top box free only with Sun Direct subscription
* Package Channels include TV, Radio and Add-Ons.
