Doubts with booking a flight

I was booking an international flight planned for next month.
It seems whatever flight I choose, Cleartrip usually was at about a few bucks cheaper.

Finally when I was about to book, I read that it is owned by Flipkart which immediately dropped my trust rating.

Question for you all.
Currently, I am still in process so.
What provider do you use or suggest?
Is cleartrip decent?
Any other suggestion?
Any smart suggestions that is not well known?

Personally I am fine with any airline as long as it's not Indigo.

It was a bit surprised seeing “muslim” meal as a food choice in Air India.

Many International Airlines usually have that as an option. From what I understand, it is used to indicate no pork and whatever meat i.e. chicken etc is halal certified. Full list below -

They could simply say Non Veg - Halal Certified

Just like they mention Kosher Meal, instead of Israeli or Jewish meal.

Think, it's supposed to make it easy for most people.

Air India anyway does not serve beef/pork on any of its flights.

Right... Maybe these are international guidelines or something. As I have seen on other international airlines as well. So maybe a question of consistency across airlines.
