I agree with @sanke1, Bose is just a marketing blitz, there are many better sound systems from Harman & Kardon, B&O, Yamaha and many more. But I don't agree with his viewpoint on Dr Batra's, I have personally taken their treatment for Skin Allergy and my wife is now undergoing their treatment for Hair Loss. And both have received good results. Most brands do send frequent mails and SMS but there is a unsubscribe option and if that doesn't work threaten them to remove your name from their DB.
