My ISP is BSNL.
Modem : TP-Link Model No. TD-W8968
The DSL & internet LED are ON. Even the modem diagnostic for DSL and PPP connection is PASS.
The internet LED usually flickers when the connection is in use. Now it's just ON, no flicker.
But I cannot access internet on my computer or mobile phone.
I cannot even ping the IP assigned to me.
