DSL light goes off

I told them everything in a written application....10 days gone nothing happened.... I can't really afford to going to bsnl office on daily basis....

nothing will happen,take one day leave and go personally to office and get your work done.if they said we will send a linemen to your area then ask linemen number and call directly to him.
