Dsl Light keep blinking.....

i take new broadband connection....
it worked till 1st day.there are 10 days no dsl light coming........

i.have teracom type 2 modem
wifi modem

here are images of modem.

first light power (always on)
2nd light dsl (blinking)
3rd light internet(red and green)

dsl blinking means something wrong with ur line or end at server ... call customercare.. right now ..only they can fix it

called customer care .complain noted..4 days passed.no one is here to check the problem..tried calling lineman and engineer ..it comes out of coverage mostly.....and they are not picking if call connects...called customer care .complain noted..4 days passed.no one is here to check the problem..tried calling lineman and engineer ..it comes out of coverage mostly.....and they are not picking if call connects...

Modem seems normal as it is brand new 10 days old modem.connection with splitter and pc seems ok..Telephone line working....

Main black cabel is cut and jointed from two to three place then two to three ropes.....
The other black cabel coming from rope is cut and jointed at three place..

then it comes to connector and then to splitter..
