Check in DEvice Info Statistics ADSL data mod mode SNR ATTN
After unchecking box adsl2+ in DSL menu go to MANagement SAVE REBOOT
( Also Box bitswap enabled )Wait for two minutes.

your SNR margin is very gooddownstream attenuation is bit suspicious. unplug your Telephone & see if it works for you. if notcheck your phone line & rewire the points. some of them may have been eroded due to oxidation.
