DSL not stable

The DSL light on my BSNL wifi modem becomes unstable during night time especially after 7:00pm and gets stable for only like 5-10 minutes and then again starts blinking. I'm a gamer so the frequent disconnections at night don't allow me to play online. I don't face such problems during day time. The plan I'm using is BBG ULD 1425 PLUS COMBO Also as per this plan I should get a speed of 4MBPS but while testing with BSNL speed tester it usually shows a speed of 2.5-2.7MBPS Any help would be appreciated thanks
