The big issue which will determine the success of any DTH service is how good is the fater sales service. You cannot build a succesful brand if people are leaving in large numbers. You need to retain people and this is one thing i dont see happening right now!

I think DTH technology and service will improve as days go. Or it WILL HAVE to improve. Dont think people will tolerate any crap for long.
