I am using the Rs 499 plan of Airtel Broadband which is suppose to give 40 Mbps. During the first week I was getting speeds upto 49 Mbps and sometimes even 52 Mbps. Now after 9 days I am getting 35 Mbps. Is this normal ? What's your experience with Airtel Broadband ? This is my first Airtel broadband connection. Before taking this connection I did some research on the web about Airtel broadband & read only positive reviews.
Also, the router they gave me is 77VR1 (VDSL). They said fiber connection is not yet available in my area & in future when fiber becomes available they will replace the copper wire with fiber & give me a router free of cost.
