E 16 service currently scrambled

I bought SD, on last monday. Till now i have not received any picture, when i contacted i was intimated that software up gradation is going on and i will receive the channels the next day. Nothing happened except E 16 service is currently scrambled. Pl help me, is this true how many days will it take to up grade, also customer login is not working

usually it'll take only hours to be activated..YES the software up gradation is going on..dont know when they will set right everything normal.I couldnt subscribe any new packages, with world t20 approaching.

Now i contacted, they told me that only E mail has been sent for activation request, will it be activated in short span

i have purchased star cricket 3 days ago through sms.and the reply came 'reguest activity done'.But still the channel shows E16 service is srambledplease help
