You have your domains on Google domains right? Google has already sorted this out and I am sure majority of the PGs will come up with something in next few days.
 
google domains is too expensive. gst doesn't help. there is zero reason for anyone to manage domains on a service that comes under gst in india. i do pay gst on digital oceans sadly. i think vultr is the only popular player in this segment that didn't have indian presence but iirc that was also going to change sometime this year.

I got that email as well, I have an American Express card currently linked to it. Not sure if it supports this
