E16 service is currently scrambled

Hi Friends, From today morning i am not getting any channels.It displays E16 service is currently Scrambled.I have recharged by account 15 days back with Ten sports and news boquet.When i contacted the CC they told me that it is a technical problem faced by all the customers.Is it true?They told me that it will take 24 hours for them to restore the channels:@:madness:
 
CC told me that most of the customers r facing this problem.Worst thing is that they will take 24hours to rectify it:@:madness:.Today is saturday and i will miss WWE today on TenSports.I manually added Kaliagnar tv and enjoy watching it;)

24hrs?!! satellite fuse gone?!

that means there is some software problem, which is not autodetecting channels.

ya. All the channel is currently scrambled.. I think all sun direct customer having the same problem

Yes I also have the problem. I tried to contact them. No response

Could be a software problem, my stb must have been updating itself when it got interrupted midway. Now I have to change the channel within 10 seconds of starting the stb after which I won't be able to change it unless I restart it again :madness:.
