thats the weird part. both packages had my name,my address and my order number. everything was same ..just the couriers tracking number was different.

You have list of papers with addresses to send to. You clear the papers one by one.

But after making ur box, probably person got up to do something and forgot to clear the paper. Came back and unknowingly made one box again for you.

So in short such thing happen when people overlook.

Alright. So I'd bought a CDMA phone over eBay last week. When I'd bought the phone, dude had a 100% rating. Anyway, its been a week now, he says he has shipped it yesterday, but isn't sending me the awb.

Last night, I got an email from eBay, saying that while the awb has been generated blue dart hasn't been able to pick the item from the seller yet, and that a refund has been initiated, and to call eBay cc if I do happen to receive the item. The said awb number throws up a not found error on blue dart.

I have no idea what to do next.

To add to that, his last feedback talks about wasting time and not sending the stuff

I don't get what the seller had to gain by not shipping the stuff, apart from wasting my time.
