I was just informed by the owner of Lynx India that he is going to mmm. send me an email with the details of a potential lawsuit related to defamation etc. regarding my personal website sushubh.net.

I made some major changes to the posts related to Lynx India in good faith. In simple terms, I removed all the third party content on the blog posts and have kept the details from my own experiences.

The point of this post is... If you have had a bad experience dealing with Lynx India... And you want to get involved... Feel free to send me an email at [email protected]. I am not looking for a payback. I just wanted to see if anyone else had bad experiences dealing with them.

Update: Found out that he is no longer an authorized dealer at the TechEnclave Forums.

There is a huge uproar on TechEnclave about this Amarbir guy from Lynx. In the end he had to resign from being a dealer there, even after which he didnt agree that he makes mistakes. I had a chance to deal with him but this unnecessary steps to get one item from him made me think otherwise and i was lucky. He has the most useless customer service i have ever seen, even worse that our government babus!
 
i actually am chatting with the guy who was involved in that techenclave mess with lynx india. related to serial numbers and bills. right?
 
i used to come on third spot. he has launched 2-3 more of his own websites to counter that. not a problem. techenclave has 2-3 threads negative in nature in top 10. he is just being unreasonable. i agreed to remove the unverified visitors comments. but he kept on ranting about... my blog causing his lost business. i mean WTH.
 
He is a Class A moron, who is unsuitable to carry out even the basics of business. What he does do well is create a huge ruckus over nothing, and try to get across something that makes no sense because of broken english(Not to forget his sentences which have Capitals For The First Letter Of Every Word!)

Yeah those are some of the complaints against him.
 
also heard from sources that some of his disgruntled customers have complained to the company suppliers in india...
 
techenclave has 2-3 threads negative in nature in top 10.
If you create a thread there with your request you might have an overflowing mailbox :)

Lots of very disgruntled people over this character.
