Govt is taking a ride on tax payers cash...govt ought to facilitate the poors ....but not by means that of providing free mobiles to poors...rather I'd appreciate them if they may determine those poor family..and give their chidlren free education in anybody of the Kendriya Vidhlaya's college ...which I'd appreciate....
