Exceeded FUP but Speed not reduced

I have exceeded my BSNL 20Gb FUP and am at about 28Gb consumption for this month. None of this is via download, just normal usage, updates, youtube, internet radio etc. Is this the reason why? In the past when I cross 20-21Gb this gets FUPped, but this time it has not happened. My modem and router have been rebooted multiple times. the speed has not reduced. Any clue?

Some glitch, I guess. Don't worry your speed will reduce soon

eaceful: It has exceeded maybe a week back itself, but has not reduced, thats why was curious to know if it could be due to not actually doing downloads.

It's just a glitch and it happens sometimes.Don't think BSNL to increase the FUP prior to at least a couple of years from now.
