Excitel Broadband: Has your LCO upgraded local network to Fiber to handle additional load?

So it seems when am on 10.0.0.1 gateway the connection is sluggish but when am on 10.0.16.1 the connection is better but then I tried in non-peak hours so I'll need data to back this theory..

My current speedtest on 10.0.0.1 gateway

Here's something interesting there's two PPPoE servers. The speed sucks on both during peak hours as I'm getting similar speed on 10.0.16.1 as well. I can switch back and forth between these as my Mikrotik router gives me an option to do so, oh and shitcitel uses Mikrotik as well in their datacenters.

Yesterday my IP Address range changed.Earlier:
IP Address: 10.3.x.x
Gateway : 10.3.128.1

Now:
IP Address : 10.4.x.x
Gatway: 103.211.12.1

I wonder why they changed gateway and IP. Speeds or ping haven't changed (speeds to non Delhi servers are still crap and there is ton of packet loss without VPN)

That publicly routable gateway address doesn't belong to shitcitel, it's allotted to Jain Net Services.

So getting Geonet now, their backbone is Airtel so I'm expecting lower latency. Will get 20Mbps for now then upgrade if it works good or at least better than shitcitel.

Excitel's service has been FUBAR here(Shakti Nagar area) during the past 2-3 weeks. Frequent disconnections, not able to complete speedtests, high packet losses, you name it.

The most annoying part is the way LCOs are handling complaints. Absolutely abysmal response. The retards are busy setting up new connections on an already choked network, without responding to complaints of existing users. Is it sheer incompetence?

I wonder if Excitel has any amount of control over the way these people work.

They don't give a shite actually. I've given them pcaps, traceroutes, pings, speedtests and they haven't resolved these issues.

shitcitel is really horseshit!!!! i dont find matches in tekken 7 because of fucking closed nat. emailed those cunts called them up about static ip. bitches aint ready to give on even when i am ready to pay for it. neither are they ready to open ports nor give ip. fucking horseshit isp!!

fucking packet loss, bufferings, throttling on torrents, unable to seed anything its fucking pathetic. giving 100 Mbps just to browse youtube and google.

i got no other isp in my area, forced to stuck with this shitcitel!
