Local cable operator is Den. Triple play is active here (although is shit) & Den Boomband is unavailable.
better call and ask him. My lco offers siti cable yet offers bb on hathway(ethernet) for lower plans and excitel for higher plans.
whatever option i opt wiring is handled by lco boys only. excitel has allocated one sales boy to cable operator who dirties poles and gates with stickers n pamphlets. Also come whenever someone opts for a new connection to collect docs. However wiring, fault, maintenance all is handled by lco.

same here. my biggest query is power backup. even reliance broadband goes down during longer power cuts. airtel on the other hand... it has survived through multi-day power cuts.
i would be getting it of course because none of the existing players offer anything better than 4mbps. even if i end up getting the cheapest plan which costs just 800 bucks per month. do plan to get the fastest plan for the first month as they are likely to be serious about qos for a few months at least.

Never had any power with power cut issues personally, though i only used with UPS for a while. Connection from Excitel to LCO should be good probably. One thing Excitel says on their site is reliability is dependent on whether the connection is FTTN/ FTTB. So if your house is closer to their fiber you might get better connectivity. Might be one of the reasons why I got some outages. Hope Excitel has some quality control over your LCO.
