i think its an ONT bug, try rebooting ONT and connect to PC. Has happened to me before.

did that as well lol. even manual login to excitel using pppoe didn't work. so i am guessing i would need to reset network adapter as well.

@Sushubh have you created a dial up connection before accessing 192.168.10.1

ok so i am connected directly using pppoe dialup right now and 192.168.10.1 still would not load.

I hope you are sure on ONU’s ip address. Otherwise, get it from ONU’s packing box or ethernet properties

192.168.10.1 is written at the box's back. Honestly no idea where to look for onu's ip in ethernet properties.

gateway entry is blank. really have no idea what's going on lol.

Try setting an IP manually in Windows with gateway as 192.168.10.1 ?
