Excitel Broadband User Experience in Gurgaon

i am going to say that they sell for cheap in bulk because no one seems to be charging much for them these days.

i already have one lying with me from abs broadband. no one came to pick it up. i got it free with three month prepayment (around 2800).

you can already see that excitel would give it to you for 500 bucks and even that is refundable.

rare downtime after many weeks. even the light is off on the router. hopefully a simple fix is required.

so i would probably be stuck on airtel 4mbps for the next two days. main guy rajneesh is on a sick leave. and other fellows are completely useless. guy was apologetic on the phone. how am i gonna watch GoT tomorrow lol.

has been completely shit since the above mess. goes down for 30 seconds multiple times every hour. in addition, goes down for 5-10 minutes multiple times each day.

no excitel tonight from the looks of it. they say it would be fixed in four hours. i do not see how they would have someone working on broken fiber at 10pm. unless the problem is centralized and has affected a much larger area.

@Sushubh I remember, you were facing that automated disconnection after some hours. It's happening with me too now. Is it solved for you?
