Excitel fiber pon blinks everyday at 9 am

Solution
UPDATE!!!

The problem was due to a faulty splice(joint). During the day due to sunlight the fiber stopped working properly, the LCO repaired the splice and boom it is working just fine. Not a ONT/ONU problem, @Ankush117 ask your LCO to check for the fault in the line. It will be solved
Your net remains down from 9am to 6pm? Talk to your LCO. If he cannot provide a resolution, dump Excitel and move to another service provider.

So your internet stays down for 9hrs and lco is saying that everythig is fine? How is that possible? Like whenever internet goes down , it shows up on my excitel portal as connection inactive for xyz hrs. Lco can check this status as well.

I told them and they r saying they will look into it,I recently moved from reeltime plan to fiber plan n this problem,I m resenting why I applied for upgrade,

Defective ONT can also lead to signal dropping but considering that your net is going out for specific period of time it's likely a fiber line issue.

Can you login to the ONT and send screenshot of fiber power?

@JB701 bro same things are happening with me, at around 12-5 pm. PON light keeps blinking and there is no internet. LCO says everything is fine from their side.
When Blinking-
Transmit Optical Power: -40dbm
Receiving Optical Power: -30dbm

When fine:
Transmit Optical Power: 2.4dbm
Receiving Optical Power: -22.4dbm

PLEASE HELP!!!
